Cancellation Policy

You may make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied, you can return the items anytime after 14 days but within the 60 days covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We ensure our products are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has defects or is physically broken. Packaging damages, such as dented boxes that do not affect the product’s condition, are not considered as item damage.

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at Returns@OldCoastStore.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim for timely delivery, but some situations that cause shipping delays may be beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of order placement, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
